SARS STRIVES FOR SOUND SERVICE DELIVERY

The South African Revenue Service wishes to advise that we are experiencing a substantial increase in the number of taxpayers who require assistance with the completion of their returns. As result, there been unintended delays in responding to telephonic queries in the main centres.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience the said delays are causing and would like to stress that this is a seasonal hazard, and appropriate mechanisms have been in place to cope with the increase in demand for service. We confirm that we are committed to render the best possible service under the circumstances.
