DOUBLE TAXATION CONVENTION: USA
The exchange of Notes confirming the ratification in both countries of the Convention between the Republic of South Africa and the United States of America for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and Capital Gains was completed on 28 November 1997. The Convention enters into force on 28 December 1997 and is published in Government Gazette No 18553 dated 15 December 1997.
