The South African Revenue Service (SARS) is assisting the various agencies of the State in formulating a framework within which PAYE would be deducted from remuneration paid to informants without compromising the work of the agencies.
Discussions are continuing with the various role-payers with the view to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
